One Island

Privacy Policy

One Island is a Windows app and the website oneisland.asia, built and run by Trần Nhật Quang, an independent developer in Hanoi, Vietnam (“One Island”, “we”). This policy explains what data the website and the app handle, where it goes and what you can ask us to do. Questions: founder@oneisland.asia.

The short version

  • The app runs on your computer. Your tickets, designs, calendar, code and tokens go straight from your machine to the services you connect; they never pass through a One Island server.
  • The website collects one thing on purpose: the email address you type into the Pro waitlist form.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies.

The website

Waitlist. When you submit the Pro & Team waitlist form, we receive your email address and the language you were reading the page in. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our mailbox founder@oneisland.asia, hosted by Zoho Mail. We use it only to tell you about Pro and Team — launch news and the early-reservation offer — and to answer you. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it or we close the waitlist.

Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, browser details and the pages requested in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

Content your browser loads from others. To show the page, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and the React library from jsDelivr, and asks the GitHub API for the latest installer; the installer itself downloads from GitHub. These providers receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.

Local storage. The site remembers your language and light/dark choice in your browser’s local storage. It sets no cookies.

The app

It runs locally. One Island runs on your Windows computer and talks directly to the services you configure — Redmine, Figma, Google (Calendar, Sheets, Drive), GitHub, Git and any MCP servers you add — with your own accounts and tokens. What it reads from them (tickets, design frames, events, pull requests…) is shown in the app and may be cached on your computer. We don’t receive it.

Tokens. API keys and tokens are encrypted with Windows’ built-in protection for your user account and stored only on your computer.

Claude Code. The agent features run Claude Code, Anthropic’s command-line tool, on your computer, signed in with your own Claude account. When you use them, Claude Code sends your prompts and the code and context it reads to Anthropic, under Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy. One Island doesn’t call the Claude API itself and doesn’t see that traffic.

What the app asks us or our providers for:

Licence and trial. Activating a key or running the trial sends no personal data to us.

No telemetry. The app sends no usage analytics or crash reports. Its diagnostic log stays on your computer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the email address we hold, or to stop writing to you: email founder@oneisland.asia and we’ll act within 30 days. Uninstalling the app and deleting its data folder removes what it stored on your computer; email us if you need help finding it. We handle personal data in line with Vietnam’s personal data protection laws and, where they apply to you, the laws of your country.

Children

One Island is made for professional developers and isn’t directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date. For significant changes we’ll also tell the people on the waitlist.

One Island gồm ứng dụng cho Windows và website oneisland.asia, do Trần Nhật Quang — một nhà phát triển độc lập tại Hà Nội, Việt Nam — xây dựng và vận hành (“One Island”, “chúng tôi”). Chính sách này giải thích website và ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu nào, dữ liệu đi đâu và bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi những gì. Câu hỏi xin gửi về founder@oneisland.asia.

Tóm tắt

  • Ứng dụng chạy trên máy của bạn. Ticket, thiết kế, lịch, mã nguồn và token đi thẳng từ máy bạn tới các dịch vụ bạn kết nối, không đi qua máy chủ nào của One Island.
  • Website chủ động thu thập đúng một thứ: địa chỉ email bạn nhập vào form giữ chỗ gói Pro.
  • Không quảng cáo, không công cụ phân tích, không cookie theo dõi.

Website

Danh sách giữ chỗ. Khi bạn gửi form giữ chỗ Pro & Team, chúng tôi nhận địa chỉ email của bạn và ngôn ngữ bạn đang xem trang. Form được chuyển qua FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) tới hộp thư founder@oneisland.asia của chúng tôi, đặt tại Zoho Mail. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng email này để báo tin về Pro và Team — ngày ra mắt và ưu đãi giữ chỗ sớm — và để trả lời bạn. Chúng tôi không bán và không chia sẻ nó cho ai khác, và giữ nó cho tới khi bạn yêu cầu xoá hoặc khi chúng tôi đóng danh sách giữ chỗ.

Email. Nếu bạn viết thư cho chúng tôi, chúng tôi lưu cuộc trao đổi để trả lời và theo dõi.

Lưu trữ website. Website được lưu trữ trên Vercel. Như mọi máy chủ web, Vercel xử lý địa chỉ IP, thông tin trình duyệt và các trang được yêu cầu để phục vụ và bảo vệ website.

Nội dung trình duyệt tải từ bên khác. Để hiển thị trang, trình duyệt của bạn tải phông chữ từ Google Fonts, thư viện React từ jsDelivr và hỏi GitHub API bản cài đặt mới nhất; bản cài đặt được tải trực tiếp từ GitHub. Các nhà cung cấp này nhận địa chỉ IP và thông tin trình duyệt của bạn theo chính sách riêng của họ.

Bộ nhớ trình duyệt. Website ghi nhớ ngôn ngữ và giao diện sáng/tối bạn chọn trong local storage của trình duyệt. Website không đặt cookie.

Ứng dụng

Chạy trên máy bạn. One Island chạy trên máy Windows của bạn và làm việc trực tiếp với các dịch vụ bạn cấu hình — Redmine, Figma, Google (Calendar, Sheets, Drive), GitHub, Git và các MCP server bạn thêm — bằng tài khoản và token của chính bạn. Những gì ứng dụng đọc từ đó (ticket, frame thiết kế, sự kiện, pull request…) được hiển thị trong ứng dụng và có thể được lưu tạm trên máy bạn. Chúng tôi không nhận được các dữ liệu này.

Token. API key và token được mã hoá bằng cơ chế bảo vệ có sẵn của Windows cho tài khoản của bạn và chỉ lưu trên máy bạn.

Claude Code. Các tính năng agent chạy Claude Code — công cụ dòng lệnh của Anthropic — trên máy bạn, đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Claude của chính bạn. Khi bạn dùng, Claude Code gửi yêu cầu của bạn cùng mã nguồn và ngữ cảnh nó đọc tới Anthropic, theo điều khoản và chính sách quyền riêng tư của Anthropic. One Island không tự gọi Claude API và không thấy luồng dữ liệu này.

Những gì ứng dụng hỏi chúng tôi hoặc nhà cung cấp của chúng tôi:

Giấy phép và dùng thử. Kích hoạt mã hay dùng thử đều không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho chúng tôi.

Không telemetry. Ứng dụng không gửi số liệu sử dụng hay báo cáo lỗi. Nhật ký chẩn đoán chỉ nằm trên máy bạn.

Lựa chọn và quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá địa chỉ email chúng tôi đang giữ, hoặc yêu cầu chúng tôi ngừng gửi thư: hãy email founder@oneisland.asia, chúng tôi sẽ xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày. Gỡ ứng dụng và xoá thư mục dữ liệu của nó sẽ xoá những gì ứng dụng lưu trên máy bạn; email cho chúng tôi nếu bạn cần hướng dẫn tìm thư mục này. Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của Việt Nam và, khi áp dụng với bạn, pháp luật của quốc gia bạn.

Trẻ em

One Island dành cho lập trình viên chuyên nghiệp, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.

Thay đổi

Khi chính sách này thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này cùng ngày hiệu lực. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ báo thêm cho những người trong danh sách giữ chỗ.
