About One Island
AI made writing code fast. What slows developers down now is everything around it: switching between tickets, designs, terminals, meetings and dozens of browser tabs, and noticing too late that an agent has been waiting for an answer.
One Island brings that work into one small island at the top of the Windows screen: tickets with their specs and designs, AI coding agent sessions and their requests, sprints and meetings. It opens when you need it and gets out of the way when you focus.

Quang is a senior frontend engineer with more than seven years of experience building web applications for healthcare, including accessibility-certified platforms used in UK hospitals. Quang works with AI coding agents every day and builds reusable rules and skills that help development teams get consistent results from them. One Island grew out of that daily workflow.

AI giúp viết code nhanh hơn bao giờ hết. Thứ làm lập trình viên chậm lại bây giờ là mọi việc xung quanh: chuyển qua lại giữa ticket, thiết kế, terminal, lịch họp và hàng chục tab trình duyệt, rồi phát hiện quá muộn rằng agent đã chờ mình trả lời từ lâu.
One Island gom những việc đó vào một hòn đảo nhỏ ở đỉnh màn hình Windows: ticket cùng spec và thiết kế, các phiên AI coding agent và yêu cầu của chúng, sprint và lịch họp. Hòn đảo mở ra khi bạn cần và thu gọn lại khi bạn tập trung.

Quang là kỹ sư frontend với hơn 7 năm kinh nghiệm xây dựng ứng dụng web cho ngành y tế, trong đó có các nền tảng đạt chuẩn tiếp cận được dùng tại bệnh viện ở Anh. Quang làm việc cùng AI coding agent mỗi ngày và xây dựng các bộ rules, skills giúp đội phát triển dùng AI cho kết quả nhất quán. One Island ra đời từ chính quy trình làm việc đó.
