One Island

For Windows 11 · 30-day free trial

A developer’s whole day, inside one island.

Inspired by the iPhone’s Dynamic Island, One Island gathers Redmine tickets, a coding AI agent, Figma, sprints and meetings — tucked at the top of your Windows screen, opening when you need it and vanishing when you focus.

Runs on Claude Code. Coming to Pro: Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.

Drive the agent you already use

Today One Island runs Claude Code right on your machine — its plan, its progress and its permission requests at the top of your screen. Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and Cursor are coming to Pro.

Connected to the tools you use every day

Tickets, designs, meetings and code — all flowing into one island. Jira, Confluence, Backlog and Bitbucket are on the way.

Redmine · Figma · GitHub · Google Calendar · Google Sheets · Google Drive · Git · MCP

Built on Claude Code

Claude Code does the work. You stay in charge.

One Island doesn’t replace Claude Code — it drives it: opens a session right in the ticket’s worktree, reads the plan Claude writes, and brings every permission request to the top of your screen.

A session per ticket

Each ticket gets its own Claude Code session, opened right in the ticket’s working folder. Close the app and pick up where you left off; the whole conversation lives in the Sessions tab.

A live plan

The task list Claude writes becomes the Plan tab and the island’s pill: the step in progress, how long each step took and what happened inside it.

One-click permission

When Claude needs permission, a card appears on the island — Allow, Always allow or Deny — and Claude waits for your call. Each agent has its own model and permission mode.

Context from your team’s tools

Claude can read the tickets, designs and docs from the Redmine, Figma and Google accounts you connect. Tokens are encrypted and stay on your machine.

One Island doesn’t call the Claude API itself. Every model request goes through Claude Code, signed in with your own Claude account; Claude Code is installed with Anthropic’s official installer.

A day with One Island

One shape. Every job.

Every screen grows out of the same island, with the same spring. Scroll to live through a working day.

01 · Pick a ticket — One click and the island becomes the ticket.

Your Redmine tickets sit as chips, colored by status. Click one and the island grows into its workspace: spec, acceptance criteria and a Mermaid diagram drawn right in the island.

02 · Everything about it — Q&A, Figma, bugs and commits — in one place.

The tab pill slides between pages. Q&A from Google Sheets, Figma frames filtered by ticket id, bugs by status, commits on their own branch and worktree.

03 · Hand it to the agent — Type one line. The agent gets to work.

Claude Code runs right on your machine, in the ticket’s worktree — Codex, Gemini CLI and other agents are coming to Pro. It reads the spec, opens files, searches the code; every tool call shows up in the thread.

04 · The plan fills in — Follow every step, live.

The agent writes a 6-step plan. Each step ticks off with its duration as it finishes, and the progress bar follows.

05 · Back to your code — Esc — the island folds into a pill.

The pill shows the current step. Hover to peek. When the agent needs to run a command it turns amber — Allow in one click.

06 · Meetings — Never late for a meeting.

Google Calendar on the island, with a countdown to the next meeting. Five minutes before, the reminder slides in over everything — one click to join Zoom, Teams or Meet.

07 · Week plan — Planned and logged hours, every day.

1–3 week sprints straight from Redmine: per day, per ticket, and which days go over 8 hours. A Daily report ready to copy.

08 · Pull requests — Review without a browser.

Status, CI, reviewers, diffs and Merge for every PR you own — each linked to its ticket.

09 · Configure once — Connect once, use every day.

Redmine, Figma, Git and MCP — each with a step-by-step guide and a connection check. Tokens are encrypted and stay on your machine.

Up and running in 3 minutes

Install. Connect. Work.

  1. Install once — The installer sets up everything your agent needs, like Git and Node.js. No admin rights.
  2. Connect your tools — Paste your Redmine API key, Figma token and Google setup. Each has a guide and a connection check.
  3. Touch the top of the screen — The island appears. Pick a ticket, hand it to the agent, get back to work. Esc to fold.

What trial users say

From CEOs to interns, everyone finds their rhythm.

Notes from teams who used the One Island trial on real projects — each role uses the island its own way.

I used to ask each person where their ticket stood. Now I glance at the top of my screen: which PRs wait for review, how many hours the sprint has left, which step the agent is on. Our stand-ups got much shorter and only cover what needs a decision.

Trần Quốc Huy, CEO & Co-founder · 12-person startup

In my first week I didn’t know where to start. Opening a ticket gave me the spec, the flow diagram, the Figma frames and the Q&A answers — I finished my first task on day two without asking anyone.

Phạm Minh Anh, Frontend intern

I hand the ticket to the agent and get back to my own work. The pill tells me which step it’s on; when it needs to run tests, one click on Allow. No more babysitting a terminal.

Lê Hoàng Nam, Senior Backend Developer

The week plan shows me planned and logged hours for the whole team, day by day. A day over 8 hours turns red, so I rebalance before anyone burns out. The Daily report is one click to copy.

Nguyễn Thu Hà, Project Manager

I file bugs straight from the island with the Repro · Cause · Fix form and screenshots. Devs get everything the first time, and the back-and-forth has dropped a lot.

Võ Thị Mai, QA Engineer

I review PRs right in the island: CI, diff, reviewers, then Merge. I clear the review queue between two meetings instead of saving it for the evening.

Trịnh Đức Bảo, Tech Lead

Questions from Google Sheets show up beside the spec, marked answered or pending. I know exactly which one is blocking the team without opening the file.

Bùi Ngọc Hoa, Business Analyst

A worktree per ticket means I switch between three tasks a day without stashing or changing branches. The Figma frames sit right next to the code.

Đỗ Khánh Linh, Frontend Developer

The meeting reminder slides in five minutes before, one click and I’m in Zoom. Since One Island, I haven’t been late to a single daily.

Ngô Thanh Tùng, Full-stack Developer

Roadmap

What shipped. What’s next.

One Island ships a new build almost every day. Here’s what each release brought, and the milestones ahead for Pro and Team.

Coming milestones

  1. Pro launch (In progress) — Pro opens to the waitlist at launch pricing, with a code-signed installer so Windows stops warning. Signed installer · Pro keys · A worktree per ticket · Parallel sessions · Figma · Sheets · Drive · Bugs & pull requests · Sprints & time logs
  2. More agents (Next) — Beyond Claude Code: each agent with its own setup, running side by side on different tickets. OpenAI Codex · Gemini CLI · GitHub Copilot · Cursor CLI
  3. More team tools (Planned) — Open tickets, docs and code from wherever your team already works, not only Redmine and GitHub. Jira · Confluence · Backlog · Bitbucket · GitHub Issues · Linear
  4. One Island for teams (Planned) — Set up once for the whole team and roll it out across the company. Shared configuration · Intune deployment · Priority support

Frequently asked questions

Which machines does One Island run on?

Windows 11 version 22H2 or later. Multiple monitors are supported — pick the island’s screen in Settings.

Which agents can I use?

Today, Claude Code — running on your machine with your own Claude account. In Settings → Agent each agent (say, one that writes code and one that reviews) has its own model and permission mode. Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and Cursor are being built for Pro.

How long is the trial?

30 days from first launch, with 1 repo, 1 agent session, Redmine tickets, meetings and the terminal. After that you need Pro — leave your email to hear first.

Can the agent change my machine on its own?

No. The agent only works in the ticket’s repo folder, and every command that could change your machine shows a permission card for you to approve. You see each step in the plan and can stop it anytime.

Are my data and tokens sent anywhere?

No. The app talks directly to Redmine, Figma, Google and the AI service from your machine. Tokens are encrypted and stay on your machine.

Does the island cover content or block the mouse?

No. With nothing going on, the island is fully hidden and clicks pass through everything around it. Touch the top edge to call it.

What if I don’t use Redmine?

Redmine is the first ticket source. Jira, Backlog, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub Issues and Linear are being built — leave your email to hear when they land.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”?

The beta isn’t code-signed yet. Choose “More info” → “Run anyway”. The release build will be signed.

The top of your screen is waiting.

Try it free for 30 days, or reserve your spot for the Pro launch offer.
